This policy is effective as of 24 March 2020.
Where we offer you a free trial of SaleSkip account, such free trial will start immediately after your payment and continue for the free trial offer period as indicated on the Website at the time your payment is successful. Free trial subscriptions are only available to new subscribers of SaleSkip and for the limited periods as set out on the Website. Previous subscribers or those subscribers who have already benefited from a free trial subscription to SaleSkip do not qualify for a further free trial period.
If you do not want to continue your subscription after your free trial comes to an end, you must contact us at least 24 hours before your free trial period ends by submitting a cancellation request to us via our support email address [email protected], or by cancelling your free trial through your Account Dashboard. If you do not contact us at least 24 hours before your free trial period ends to cancel, your subscription will automatically continue and the payment card that you provided at the time of enrollment online will be charged the full SaleSkip monthly membership subscription rate provided at the time of enrollment each month until you cancel. SaleSkip can change the monthly membership subscription rate at any time. If the membership subscription rate changes after you subscribe, we will notify you by email and give you an opportunity to cancel.
If you wish to cancel your SaleSkip subscription at any time after a free trial or discounted period ends, you must submit a cancellation request to us via our support email address [email protected] or through your Account Dashboard. For monthly subscriptions, we require at least 30 days’ notice of cancellation by e-mail. If you provide such notice less than 30 days before the first day of your next subscription month, your credit card may still be charged. You will not be entitled to pro-rate your last month’s use, nor will you be entitled to any refund for any payments to SaleSkip.
A current Site License gives you access to SaleSkip’s help desk, and standard documentation. Support is provided via these channels only. SaleSkip does not offer telephone, video conferencing, online chat, or in-person support services unless under special circumstances. Support is available from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday and for Saturday 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, excluding federal holidays of Malaysia. Inquiries received outside of these hours will be addressed during the following business day. SaleSkip’s support services are only intended for Site License holders and for use with SaleSkip’s products. SaleSkip does not support any third-party components, software, systems, or plugins. SaleSkip commits to providing customer support for the most current version of the software. SaleSkip does not provide customer support for legacy (old) versions.
We reserve the right to modify our Sites at any time, with or without notice to you. For example, we may add or remove functionality or features, and we may suspend or stop a particular feature altogether. We also reserve the right to charge a fee for any of our features at any time. If you don’t like any changes, you can stop using our Sites at any time.
SaleSkip commits to using commercially reasonable efforts to keep its products compatible with most modern, popular web browsers including Firefox, Safari, Chrome, and Internet Explorer. While SaleSkip will use commercially reasonable efforts to give a near-identical experience across browsers, certain features and functionality may not be identical or operate in a similar manner due to the lack of web standards support (relating to HTML & CSS) in some browsers. If a browser does not support certain web standards, SaleSkip will attempt to provide a generic workaround for that browser, which may degrade a specific function or feature gradually. To the extent possible, SaleSkip will attempt to ensure that the workaround does not impact any user’s experience negatively.
SaleSkip cannot, and does not, guarantee compatibility with all hosting or server configurations, nor does SaleSkip provide support for hosting or server related issues.
We follow a reliable refund policy to let our customers feel privileged about their association with us. Please read the guidelines governing the refund policy.
- Upon cancellation, your data is deleted from our servers. Since deletion of all data is final please be sure that you do in fact want to cancel your account before doing so.
- Your subscription gets renewed automatically at the end of each month
- You can upgrade or downgrade level of our services at any time of your usage. However, SaleSkip does not refund any fees in that case.
- If you stop using our services in between the term, we will not refund you the fees paid by you for the remaining term.
We only ask for personal information when we truly need it to provide a service to you. We collect it by fair and lawful means, with your knowledge and consent. We also let you know why we’re collecting it and how it will be used.
We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service. What data we store, we’ll protect within commercially acceptable means to prevent loss and theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
Disclosure of information
We do not sell, distribute or lease Personal Data or information that you provide or which Saleskip otherwise comes by to third parties unless required by law, or with your permission. We may however disclose or transfer Personal Data or information for the purposes of rendering our services to you and this may include disclosure to any professional, third party service providers to us, who are formally engaged by us to help us make available and provide the Website and the Saleskip Service.
Our website may link to external sites that are not operated by us. Please be aware that we have no control over the content and practices of these sites, and cannot accept responsibility or liability for their respective privacy policies.

Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”), Saleskip is mindful and committed to the protection of your personal information and your privacy. Saleskip has the right to amend this Notice to client at any time and will place a notice of such amendments on the company website (https://saleskip.com) or via any other mode the company views suitable, which will be clearly informed to you.
Purpose of processing
Saleskip processes your personal data only for specific and limited purposes.
You agree that all personal data collected and/or processed by Saleskip may include but not be limited to the following purposes:
